This formula is granted under conditions of resources to inhabitants residing in one of the 115 municipalities served by the Tadao network. The files are to be collected from the CCAS, in the town hall of the domicile. If accepted by the SMT Artois-Gohelle, the Tadao card is sent to the home. The rights are acquired by period of 3 months, renewable under the same conditions. 5 € per month
