FAQ

This page sets out the most frequently asked questions relating to the PassPass website and our networks, along with the associated responses. If you cannot find the answer to your query, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All of the transport authorities of the Hauts-de-France region have been working together for several years in order to simplify transport within the region.

Pass Pass is the symbol of this collaboration.

The list of partners is available in the About us section.

By default, the main modes of transport (train, coach, bus, etc.) are selected to calculate an itinerary.

You can deselect certain modes of transport to refine your search by clicking on the appropriate icon. Certain modes of transport, such as car, bicycle and walking, are also offered as additional methods to reach a public transport stop.

There is not necessarily a solution to every itinerary request.

Sometimes it is necessary to modify your criteria in order to obtain a solution.  For example, you could modify the date and time. Alternatively, amending the mode of transport to include walking, bicycle or car will enable you to reach the transport stop closest to your departure point.

Please note that itinerary requests that do not return a solution are stored and subsequently analysed so that we can optimise our transport networks.

Sometimes, a suggested itinerary may not suit you. In this case, you can send us a comment using the contact form.

This will enable us to improve the quality of our itinerary planner as appropriate.

The aim of Pass Pass is to compile and provide information on all the transport options available in your region. Therefore, these options will gradually become available on our website.

Subscription to the Pass Pass électrique service is free and available to all..
